Inclement Weather

We would like to send out a friendly reminder that there is cold weather forecasted for the next few days and a winter weather advisory is currently in effect. We ask that all homeowners keep their heat set to at least 68 degrees ºF. If you are not at home, please allow warm water to drip in your faucet(s), open kitchen/bathroom cabinets that access drainpipes to allow for proper heating, and cover any faucets/spigots that service your individual unit. If you know a neighbor that does not reside in their unit on a consistent basis, please reach out to these individuals and ask they ensure their heat is set at least a temperature of 68ºF degrees.Please prepare for these frigid temperatures by following the above few steps!
