Call For Candidates

As managing agent of The Alcove at Hickory Creek Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that a Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Thursday, July 14, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect three (3) members to the Board of Directors and to discuss normal business of the Association.

Attached you will find the Call for Candidates and the blank Candidacy Form. If you would like to nominate yourself or another Member as a candidate for the Board of Directors, please complete the form and return it to Cinnamon Anderson with Essex Association Management via Email, Regular Mail, or Fax by or before the deadline. Please be aware that when you submit your form via email we will send a confirmation email to you. Due to the meeting being held virtually, floor nominations and write-in candidates cannot be accepted during the meeting. In order to ensure that the candidate name is placed on the ballot, the Association must receive the completed Candidacy Form no later than Friday, June 24, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
