Compliance

Published: March 15, 2022

It is the obligation that each Homeowner in our Community is adhering to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (DCC&R’s), set forth in the Alcove at Hickory Creek Homeowner’s Association, Inc. documents. Our community is striving to continue to be a beautiful place in which to reside harmoniously with our neighbors. We are all bound to conform to the Articles of our Covenants.

It has come to our attention that we have had several compliance violations or compliance related matters occurring throughout the property. As a courtesy, we would like to take this opportunity to remind all homeowners of the top 5 compliance violations covered in the Alcove at Hickory Creek Homeowners Association, Inc. Governing Documents.

1. Trash Containers
2. Exterior Maintenance/ACC (Home, Lawn &/or Misc.)
3. Unauthorized/Unregistered/Inoperable vehicles/Parking - (On-Street Parking prohibited)
4. Homeowners encouraged to utilize garage or driveway to park vehicles. On-street parking with exception of temporary delivery drivers etc. is strongly discouraged. Enforceable by city ordinance.
5. Pets/Picking up after pet
